Keeping up with Cameron and Julianna!

Hi Everyone! My name is Jaclyn, but most often I’m called “Mama.”

I spend most days keeping up with Cameron and Julianna. And when they are off at preschool, you’ll probably find me taking a favorite class at Lifetime Fitness.

We call Georgia home for the moment, but have spent a lot of years chasing dream jobs from city to city.

The news business is what brought us to Atlanta and we eventually settled on Marietta to live.

It has a lot of southern charm, a beautiful town square and most importantly some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet.

I was born in Colorado, but I definitely think I may have a southern soul.

Here, I hope to share some of our life story, mostly the ups, some of the downs and everything in between.

I honestly didn’t know what to name a blog… so I went with something I wear a lot… a plumeria flower necklace… gifted by my parents in my twenties.

And as Jackie Kennedy once said, “Pearls are always appropriate.”
